Who we are

Our Story

Founded by high schoolers, Breathe-On is a nonprofit dedicated to raising awareness and providing support for children affected by sleep apnea. We believe in harnessing education and community engagement to foster early diagnosis, improve treatment access, and enhance the quality of life for young patients and their families.

Through our initiatives, we strive to create a world where every child can "breathe easy" and reach their full potential, free from the challenges of sleep apnea.

Three ways to make a difference

About Us

Obstructive sleep apnea affects millions of children, yet in rural and underfunded communities it often goes undiagnosed for years. Breathe-On is a student-led nonprofit closing that gap by bringing education, resources, and advocacy directly to the families who need it most — so every child has the chance to breathe easy and reach their full potential.

Underfunded schools and clinics lack the training to spot early signs of OSA. We empower volunteers to lead awareness workshops, distribute screening guides, and advocate for sleep-health policy. Start a chapter, partner with a local health center, or help run a community sleep-health fair — your involvement reaches families who have nowhere else to turn.

Support Us

A single CPAP machine can transform a child's life, yet many families cannot afford one or even a diagnosis. Your donation funds portable screening kits for rural clinics, translated educational materials, and direct aid connecting low-income families with the specialists and equipment they need. Every dollar helps dismantle the barriers that keep OSA untreated.
